Trutec Adds Iron Phosphate Capability

Trutec Industries Inc. has announced that the Urbana Jobbing Plant located at 4795 Upper Valley Pike recently added Iron Phosphate capability to their wide selection of industrial coatings. Iron Phosphate Pretreatment offers superior adhesion and also is used as a base coat for powder coating operations as well.

The added coating operation can be applied by either basket or economical barrel processing. This allows for the greatest customer flexibility depending upon the individual product. The Trutec Urbana Plant is a full service surface coating operation catering to a wide variety of customer specific requirements. Processing Tank sizes of the Phosphate operations measure 43.5” x 33.5” x 35” with a total product weight capacity of 1000 pounds.
