(PRWEB) -- Canusa-CPS and Neptune Research Inc. (NRI) recently signed a preliminary reciprocal sales and marketing agreement covering specific products manufactured by both companies. NRI manufactures a line of products branded under the Syntho-Glass® name which consist of a fiberglass mesh that is pre-impregnated with a moisture cure polyurethane resin. These products are typically used for reinforcement, mechanical protection, or leak repair applications. Canusa-CPS manufactures a line of field applied pipeline corrosion protection products, primarily used on girth weld field joints.

Canusa's focus with the NRI products will be superior mechanical protection for pipeline coatings, such as their recently developed visco-elastic products branded as Wrapid Bond™, and for enhanced horizontal directional drilling systems.

This agreement allows NRI to access Canusa's Domestic and International distributor network specific to Corrosion Protection and Coatings, and Corrosion Coating Allowance Products for Steel Pipe. This agreement also provides Canusa with another route to market for the Wrapid Bond™ products. NRI will continue to direct the Pipeline Integrity Market through their existing distribution network.
