A unique, and flexible brush making process allows for easy customizing of brush specifications
Abrasive filament is composed of heat stabilized nylon, which has been co-extruded with an abrasive grit. The grit is impregnated throughout the filament, as well as exposed on the external surfaces. Abtex has the ability to employ the entire range of filament diameters and grit sizes (46 - 1000) in the construction of Bradex brushes. A unique, and flexible brush making process allows for easy customizing of brush specifications.
