Compliance, near zero discharge solvent cleaning. Increasing quality requirements have resulted in greater importance of cleaning, degreasing, preservation and drying of finished components. Contamination such as swarf, oil, grease, emulsions, grinding deposits, dust, preserving media, polishing paste and water can be thoroughly and easily removed with our Universal 81C hydrocarbon cleaning machine.

Machine processes: Cleaning and drying process in a closed work chamber. Manual or automatic load of work chamber from the front of the machine. Automatic work chamber door closure. Double work chamber sealing and clamping. Multiple monitoring of temperatures and pressures in the tanks via safety switches. Continuous solvent treatment by vacuum distillation. Enclosed machine housing with maintenance access doors. Large maintenance and cleanout openings in the process tanks. Automatic process control with programs such as dip and vacuum dry or dip, vapor degrease and vacuum dry or vapor degrease and vacuum dry.
