AESF 2000: BioClean Degreasing System

The BioClean degreasing chemical system is user-friendly, featuring a low-alkaline pH-value and an operating temperature between 105°F and 135°F. The System uses a natural microbe to reduce the oil and grease, which means that the degreasing bath never has to be dumped. It generates very small amounts of sludge and has a total source elimination of the incoming oils.

The System is used in all kinds of cleaning facilities, including wet and powder paint, anodizing, electroplating, and zinc and nickel plating. In addition, it can be used on all sorts of materials, including steel, brass, copper, aluminum, and glass fiber.
