Air Emissions Compliance Software for Surface Coating Facilities

The TRAK'R Emissions Tracking System software is designed to make compliance with air emissions standards easy, quick, and accurate. Designed specifically for surface coating facilities, the system monitors individual paint operations by plant and by source, and tracks VOC, HAP, SARA and EHS chemicals to ensure compliance with Clean Air Act (CAA) and state air regulations. According to the manufacturer, the system can increase productivity and reduce costs by accurately tracking and reporting coating usage.

In addition, the software reports and graphs on VOC total emissions and emission rates by plant or by source; paint and solvent usage by day, month, or year; and emissions such as toluene and xylene. The system also includes HAP, SARA-302, SARA-313, and PM reports. Reports can be generated at a site and archived for future reference or E-mailed via corporate email or the Internet to another location where they can be viewed and the data extracted.

The software can interfaces with a company's existing software and fits into existing compliance programs. The software runs on Windows 3.1, 95 or NT operating systems.
