The PA-Series effectively cleans and dries both simple and complex parts at high-throughput rates, according to the company. One benefit to the system is a constant flow recirculation capability that monitors recirculation flow rates of the tank liquid and then compensates for filter loading.
A base system features one wash station, a two-stage cascade rinse station and a hot air dryer. This automated system has a transport feature that moves the workload between stations. In addition, several ultrasonic frequencies are available in ranges from 25-120 kHz. All operating parameters are PLC-controlled and the tanks and plumbing are made from passivated 316 stainless steel and all-stainless steel frame. Applications include disk drives, high-vacuum components and ultrapure gas valves.
