Chrome Replacement Technology for Plating Applications

Benchmark Products do not use chrome in any part of their TNB plating process, unlike trivalent chrome plating processes. Tests have shown that it provides improved corrosion protection over bright nickel and chrome over dual nickel. In addition, the process plates at lower current densities with exceptional throwing power eliminating miss outs. In addition, the process produces a consistent color that won't vary over days or weeks. Another added benefit is that the process eliminates chrome emission monitoring and employee exposure to harmful VOCs.
