Acryshield is a versatile coil coating for zinc-coated sheets that provides roll-forming lubricity, corrosion protection, fingerprint resistance, and an enhanced appearance. The program uses a mixture of ProCoat 9857 and ProCoat 9858 products designed for continuous-coil coating processes. It can be roll coat- or flow squeegee- applied to Galvalume, hot-dipped galvanized, and electrogalvanized metal substrates.

The coating is applied at ambient temperatures, has a minimum curing temperature of 140°F PMT, and does not contain any organic solvents. The dry and uniform coating is colorless and can be painted in most applications. In addition, the amount of sludge generated is minimized.
