Electroplating and Metal Finishing Control System

The Automatic Galvano/Electroplating Control System ACS is designed for electroplating and other metal finishing applications. The general system architecture was configured with a medium- to large-scale industrial-graded computer-programmable logic controller (PLC), a very flexible and stable system. Featuring the DS-Series Control System, the control system has one-step programming, high production capacity, real mixing of all processes, and an open system architecture. In addition, the standalone system offers graphical machine vision and report generation.

An auxiliary control system controls hoist motion, chemical autofeed, computerized rectifier adjust, temperature control, and rinsing optimization among other factors. The system can be used in electroplating and other metal finishing plants, aluminum anodizing plants, and for SMD vibrating finishing treatments and other applications.
