Ivara.EAM is an enterprise asset management software system designed to improve the efficiency of conducting a company's maintenance, inventory and procurement business. The product includes comprehensive functionality in the areas of work management, work scheduling, inventory management, purchasing and receiving. The tool provides Internet/Intranet for all product functionality.

Designed for ease, the software offers a visual representation of a company's asset hierarchy, which is navigated using either a tree-style hierarchy or drilling down through images of assets. The software offers complete work tracking functionality including availability scheduling, which automatically schedules backlog work. Users may also create and submit work requests with a few clicks of a mouse. The tool also offers users a preventive maintenance function that ensures equipment is running as efficiently and cost-effectively and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

The software provides a fully integrated Inventory Management system to ensure parts are available when needed. Users can search for inventory by description, supplier or OEM number, location or work order. The tool also offers a complete Procurement Management system, enabling users to buy materials and services as they are required while incorporating the appropriate controls over spending and adherence to purchasing procedures. In addition, the software features a Personnel Management system that allows users to define what information is collected for each individual. Combined with availability scheduling, this permits operators to assign work only to those who have the proper qualifications.

The system also creates management performance reports to help users manage their maintenance, inventory, purchasing and personnel functions. The reports are created using the industry standard Crystal Reports, which allow user's to modify and create their own specific reports.
