Evaporative Cooling System

Bessame-Aire Systemse evaporative cooling systems are of external ribbed construction using 16-gauge G-90 galvanized steel with a sealant in all of the flanges and secured with thread-forming bolts. An evaporative cooling section provides energy-efficient cooling and ventilation. According to the company, patented designs deliver air at the blower outlet within 5° of the prevailing wet bulb. A patented slinger assembly evenly distributes atomized water across the entire air inlet assuring that air is cooled and cleaned. This assembly features a ¾ hp washdown duty motor that drives an aluminum impeller through the assembly.

The blower section houses the galvanized blower and ODP motor that is mounted on full cabinet-length support rails providing rigidity and eliminating vibration. A prefabricated duct package delivers cool, clean air 10-ft. above the floor and is engineered to provide full-rated air volume. The ductwork is 20-gauge galvanized steel with Pittsburgh locks for easy assembly.
