Inseparator

A simple to use parts separator for small NOVA vibratory mills. This is a manual, but semi-automatic basket type system that is used to remove finished parts from media. There is no need for secondary devices which involve dumping the entire contents of the machine into other separation systems. This is a stand alone system that avoids the heavy lifting and/or lurching of the load.

The "Inseparator" consists of two piece construction. 1. A welded stainless steel frame to hold a 2. Pressed in perforated or wire mesh stainless steel screen. Standard perforated screen hole patters are 3/8",1/2", 5/8",3/4", 7/8", and 1". Screens come in a set of 6 or individually as specified. Wire mesh are all special order.
