Two new 24-VDC power supplies are designed to offer quick connection and disconnection from terminal blocks, thereby simplifying field of wiring of sensors and other devices in factory automation applications. The low-profile power supplies are offered DIN-rail or panel-mounted.

The supplies are offered in 5-A and 10-A versions. Standard features include regulated, low-ripple output and built-in overvoltage, short-circuit, current limiting, and EMI protection. Output voltage is adjustable from 24 to 28 VDC, and the units accept either 115 or 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz input power.

Because of their low profile, these power supplies are considered well suited for use with the manufacturer's VersaMax family of compact PLCs and I/O. According to the manufacturer, they may also be used with a variety of controllers and operator interface devices.
