New Colors In Ultra Low Curing Polyester Resin MDF Powder Coating

IGP North America announces the availability of IGP-RAPID complete in a broad spectrum of new colors, which is an Ultra Low Curing polyester resin-based powder coating system for use on medium density fiberboard (MDF) and other temperature sensitive substrates.

It is ideally designed for finishing applications in the furniture, kitchen cabinet and general finishing markets, the coating system provides a high quality finish as it cures at temperatures as low as 250˚F in 3 minutes time. The other amazing aspect is the low pre-heat temperatures for the substrates, less than 120 ˚F.

IGP-RAPID complete requires only one coat, as much as 50% less than that of competitive powder coating products, and increasing thru put by up to 50 percent. Available now in a wide range of solid colors as well as smooth, semi-smooth and texture finishes, IGP-RAPID complete meets and exceeds some of the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing Association (KCMA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards as well other manufacturers’ performance specifications.
