The Woodlands, TX /PRNewswire/ - Nexeo Solutions (NASDAQ: NXEO) and BYK USA Inc. have signed an exclusive national agreement for the distribution of BYK additives into the Household, Industrial and Institutional Cleaning industry.

BYK's additives, wax emulsions and rheology modifiers are critical components in several HI&I applications including floor care, auto care and cleaners, by; improving finished formulation properties and helping to optimize manufacturing processes.
