Oil/Water Separator for Recycling

The ACG Coalescer takes advantage of the "basic principle" of coalescence to hasten the separation of oil from water according to gravity. This compact unit uses polypropylene media with a large surface area to draw oil particles from the water. After the oil is drawn out, it rises to the surface so that it can be skimmed off. This process allows more fluid to be processed in a smaller unit. Additional features include an integral air diaphragm pump, air filter and regulator, and adjustable oil skimmer, a solids discharge valve and adjustable flow control.
