D-Zolve GL 15-33 was developed as an alternative to sandblasting, oven burn-off, Methylene Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide and other hazardous and/or traditional paint stripping methods. It is designed to remove several layers of paint from large parts, including powder coatings such as polyesters, epoxies and polyurethanes. The paint stripper dissolves the bond between paint and the surface to which it has been applied, making it easy to remove even difficult to strip surface finishes such as epoxy primers with cross linked polyurethane top coats.

This product is approved for use by the U.S. Air Force and fully meets Boeing requirements. With no chlorinated components or other carcinogens, it offers minimal or no air pollution potential. It is also non-flammable and not subject to any DOT restrictions or special labeling. The paint stripper works at room temperature or can be heated. It is designed to be applied with a spray gun or brush and will cling to vertical or overhead surfaces. It is also available for in-tank immersion stripping.

55-gallon drums and a 5-gallon trial size are available.
