Plating Bath Analyzer

Qualilab is a plating bath analyzer with multi-sample capabilities. It provides automated analysis of up to 15 different plating solutions and can be used to determine the existence of inorganic components and contamination in electroplating, electroless, immersion baths and cleaners as well as the presence of organics in Al anodizing solutions. It can also inspect the incoming and outgoing levels of additives in the plating bath, study the component consumption rate, optimize new plating processes, and develop new formulations.
