Portable Anodizer

Brooktronics Engineering5-15 portable anodizer features a heavy gauge aluminum cabinet material with a textured grey enamel finish and is specifically designed for selective brush anodize applications.

The compact anodizer weighs 39 lb and measures H10- × W11- × L10-in. for portability. The anodizer features a selector switch for dual DC overload control; all stainless steel hardware; highly visible digital, LED voltage, current, and ampere-hour display; microprocessor controlled ampere-hour meter with audible signal at preset; and electronic DC overload control for safety. Features also include a stepless voltage control, a forward/reverse polarity switch with indicator lights, and two sets of DC output receptacles. In addition, the device can be used for selective brush plating applications.

The anodizer has a standard input voltage of 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single-phase, as well as an optional input voltage of 220 VAC, 50 Hz, single-phase. Specifications also include a power output of 0 to 45 VDC and 0 to 15 ADC continuous duty, and an ampere-hour resolution of 0.001-amp/hr.
