Rinsing Systems
SprayThru rinsing systems operate using a single rinse station, allowing more floor space for additional production equipment. Three rinsing systems are available and all use the same type of barrel and tank. The barrel is equipped with an internal spray nozzle and can be used on all process tanks in a given line. Further, all of the systems can be fully upgraded.
The RinseMaster delivers seven counterflow sprays to the load inside the tank, each of which floods the load with up to 20 GPM of cleaner water. The cycle ends with a fresh water spray. The MultiSpray features a keyboard control to determine the number of sprays, duration of each spray and the duration of breaks between each spray, and the amount of water used in each spray, while the OneShot delivers a high-quality rinse that is timed.
