Simulation Software for Electrochemical Manufacturing

The ElSy (Electrochemical Systems) software package has been designed to find answers to problems related to layer thickness distributions. The software is applicable for a broad range of plating processes including co-deposition. The influence of reactor geometry, screens, the work-piece to be plated, the applied voltage of current, the ohmic voltage drop in electrodes on the current density and, consequently, the layer thickness, can be calculated.
