WITH LARGE HOLE-CUTTING CAPACITY.
Nitto Kohki introduces the new Atra Ace AS-50, a technologically advanced Magnetic Base Drill that is equipped with an extended hole-cutting capacity. Nitto Kohki's AS-50 weighs only 49 lbs., and is used for cutting holes with large diameters ranging from 11/16" to 2", through of 3/8" to 2" material.
The AS-50's design features a unique re-actuation prevention mechanism. When the machine stops during operation because of an unanticipated power loss, the AS-50 can not be reactivated without turning the machine completely off, even after the power has been recovered.
Used in a variety of job-site drilling applications, including ferrous plates, shaping, and structural support beams associated with ship and bridge building, commercial construction industries and steel fabrication, Nitto Kohki's new magnetic base drill offers superior cutting efficiency, and accuracy.
