Typically, a titanium rack's conductivity prevents rapid anodizing on larger parts. However, using this contact bar, an anodizer can run a load, unload it, remove the contact bar for stripping, install a second snap-fit bar over the existing rigid frame box rack rail, and reload parts. As a result, the long tank life of a titanium rack is maintained, without downtime from rack stripping.

This new aluminum contact bar is available to mate with all of the manufacturer's standard 18-in., 24-in., and 30-in. box racks.
