Automated Power Spray System

Useful for high volume jobs, the Automatic Powder Spray System ensures a very high throughput via finely tuned digital controls. In contrast to the Manual System, it has a few or all controls and the movements made automatically. The company uses a modular concept since the instrumentation, installation of guns and the reciprocator are different in each individual plant. This series is comprised of:

• Integrated 100 KV Automatic Electrostatic Guns
  
• Centralized Powder Hopper with high performance pumps

Note : The Control Panel for the reciprocator, if desired, can be incorporated in the above system or it can be separately mounted on the reciprocator and interlocked through the Master Control Panel.

Maximum flexibility can be achieved as both types of guns, Corona Automatic or Tribo Automatic, can be used. Various optional spray heads fitting these guns are available for better efficiency.

The company also custom designs a complete automatic powder coating system depending on the client's specific requirement.
