Axalta's Color Block Blog Features Paint Outside The Can Competition Winner's Take On Brilliant Blue

Axalta Coating Systems, a leading global manufacturer of liquid and powder coatings, features guest blogger, Mike “Splash” Burton on its Color Block blog. As Axalta’s 2015 Paint Outside the Can winner, Burton shares in an article titled Thinking Outside the Can, his process for developing his stunning industrial tropical aquarium design with shades that are reminiscent of Axalta’s North American Automotive Color of the Year 2016, Brilliant Blue. Burton explains how he took the design to the next level with Axalta products, accomplished a bubbling water filter effect using clear resin, and installed LED lights to make it a unique feature.
