Spray-i is a self-contained coating detection system designed to be used anywhere a missing coating cannot be tolerated. The stand-alone system features both visual and audio fault indicators. The output can also be connected to a standard PLC or PC control system.
The system features a "learn mode, " that remembers the color of a correct part and can detect if each part matches the preset color after it has been coated. If it does not, the system sends an alert.
The system applications that include adhesion promoters, topcoats, and adhesive bonding agents.
