Continous Aqueous Cleaners Brochure
Available as portable in-line, reel-to-reel and loose piece cleaning systems, Bathys CAT machines employ an aqueous process that uses hot water spray impingement, or ultrasonic technologies, with an air knife drying process. Products exit the machines completely dry and free of contaminants, oils, fines and stains.
They meet most applications for washing, rinsing and drying in-line strip, stamping, wire products and loose pieces. Also highlighted are the industries where these totally self-contained, stainless steel units have proven performance records including electronics; automotive; wire & cable; medical; precision stampings; thin foil; hose; and continuous strip.
The brochure describes the four major Bathys CAT systems:
CAT 1000 -- ideal for confined spaces where rinsing and drying stations are already part of the process flow. Designed specifically for the continuous coil plating industry, the
CAT 1000 features a single, unidirectional chamber design for imperviousness to product directional flow.
CAT 2000 -- the smallest full-service unit designed for applications where space is at a premium.
CAT 3000 -- this is the premier Bathys system available with dynamic custom options including variable chamber widths, ultrasonics, pay out/take up, and coalescing.
CAT-Veyor Systems -- custom designed conveyor systems greatly improve the efficiency of loose piece cleaning processes. Bathys can design a CAT-Veyor for any CAT machine or retrofit existing CAT systems.
