Zero Discharge Capability

The 786 systems utilize a patent pending regeneration process to reduce regenerant waste by more than 90% compared to conventional systems.

Although ion exchange is widely accepted as the technology of choice for recycling rinsewaters, it is generally regarded as not feasible for ZERO DISCHARGE, due to the large volumes of regenerant waste generated by conventional systems.

The 786 systems utilize a patent pending regeneration process to reduce regenerant waste by more than 90% compared to conventional systems. The resultant volume is low enough to allow economical evaporation and achieve ZERO DISCHARGE to sewer. This dramatic reduction in regenerant waste volume allows even large shops with high rinsing flow rates to disconnect from the sewer.
