Their cabinet design isolates the electronics from ambient air. In addition, the ripple factor is less than 1% in the entire operating range (500, 750 and 1000 Amps, depending on the model). Standard features for these rectifiers, which measure 19 in. W x 10.25 in. H x 25 in. D and weigh less than 110 lb, include: current/voltage crossover, environmental cabinet and front panel, electronic over-current protection, power-up soft-start, voltage regulation, and easy interfaces with automatic process controls.
