This new phosphate heater is designed specifically for difficult phosphate heating applications. The heater withstands scaling due to a unique construction that reduces localized overheating and increases service life. Its heavy-wall construction resists corrosion, as well. Standard thermal protection, grounded sheath, and a low-watt density of 23 watts/in2 ensure safe operation.
These heaters are available in a variety of sizes and configurations for both over-the-side and bottom heater applications. They join the company's lines of electric immersion heaters, in-line heaters, heat exchangers and temperature controls.
