Air-Assisted Spray Gun

The Alpha air-assisted spray gun is designed for applications requiring pressures up to 1500 psi, with ergonomics for spray gun operators. The air-assisted spray gun offers high transfer efficiencies at high production speeds. In addition, the fine spray particle qualities produce an ideal finish for a variety of industries with low overspray.

This gun features a curved handle design and light trigger pull. There is a fluid inlet filter as well as an additional filter in smaller tip sizes. All are available standard with the gun. In addition, models are offered for both standard and HVLP applications with plastic or carbide ball and seat configurations. Typical fluids handled include top coat lacquers and catalyzed varnishes, primers, waterborne materials and polyurethanes.
