All Polypropylene Filters

The All-Pro Series of all polypropylene filters are designed for use in touch, corrosive applications in the plating and metal finishing industry.

The filters offer flow rates up to 4,500 gph, a large sludge holding capacity, temperatures to 180°F, and low disposal costs. Users have a choice of polypropylene pumps for use with the filters—self-priming magnetic drive (PPQ), end-suction magnetic drive (PPM), or CRS centrifugal pumps with silicon carbide mechanical seal (PPS).

The filters are built with a "unitized pack" disk, as well as assembly and powder coated cover and stainless steel eyebolts and tie-down roads for superior corrosion resistance. The filters also feature a NEMA 4 liquid tight, corrosion-resistant starter. In addition, the filters are available with a slurry tank for easy pre-coating.

The filters can be used for applications and markets that include nickel, zinc, tin, copper, brass, and chrome plating; precious metal; rinsing, anodizing, and cleaning solutions; and wastewater.
