Richard Tschwitschke GmbHlded RCH 1000 plating barrel features an all-welded body design that holds up to any barrel fashioned by using traditional fastening components, according to its manufacturer. The N-Barrel is a typical plating barrel made of abrasion-resistant high-molecular PE hm 500, RCH 1000 or polypropylene. Heat-resistant up to 80ºC, the N-Barrel's all-welded design features no seams. The barrel is opened and closed quickly with the use of a locking bar and features a very wide opening.
The E-Barrel is a corner rib barrel made of the same material as its N-Barrel counterpart. Its abrasion-resistant material can withstand temperatures to 95ºC and a maximum workload of 300 kg. It features reduced drag-out because of its sealed but-welded design and has extended openings for the penetration of current and electrolytes into the plating solution.
