Aluminum parts can be produced that weigh only 0.75 lbs, compared to typical steel units that weigh more than 2 lbs. The aluminum parts are stronger (3 times greater axial load) and more reliable. There's no need for paint on the aluminum die cast parts.

The firm also develops aluminum castings that will reduce weight, increase strength, and cost less. In the die casting process, aluminum or zinc is injected into a steel die under considerable pressure to make auto parts, handles, appliance parts, speaker frames, airplane parts, hand tools, heat sinks, electrical housings, covers, and consumer products.
