Aqueous Cleaner for Loose Parts

Bathys Technology, Inc.or aqueous cleaner is small, portable, and totally self-contained and is well suited for loose piece cleaning needs. This system removes oils, dirt, chips, shop dust, buffing compounds and other contaminates.

By using a variable speed drive conveyor, the manufacturer is able to adjust the unit for multiple dwell times to suit different applications in a facility. This unit is often placed in line with other processes that allow one conveyor to feed the unit and another conveyor to move the cleaned, dried part onto another operation. According to the manufacturer, this process requires little or no continuous operator attention.

This unit comes with top entry cleaning chambers for easy access to a user's tooling and belt for quick changeovers and maintenance. Insulated tanks and chambers, as well as liquid level controls, are standard features on this aqueous cleaner.
