Automated Hoist System for Plating

HBS Equipmentvy Duty Automated Hoist System combines rugged construction with advanced laser and encoder positioning with precision drive mechanisms to achieve accuracy within 1/1000th of an inch. Acceleration and deceleration profiles are optimized, resulting in high throughput, no rack sway and extended machine life. It is suitable for load sizes up to 5000 lb. and spans up to 20 ft.

The process chemistry is separated from the auxiliary equipment required to maintain plating processes for safety; all auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, filters and power supplies, are installed at the rear of the system. The hoist is available with an optional enclosure that pretty much seals the system from outside contamination.
