Basic Spray Rinsing Systems

This company offers three types of spray rinsing systems, each employing the same SprayThru barrel and a single SprayThru tank for rinsing. They differ only in their rinse regulating capabilities.

The OneShot system is designed to deliver one timed fresh water spray to the exterior and interior of the barrel. The discarded water from that one spray is sent to waste treatment. The MultiSpray system employs programmable multiple sprays with "time outs" between each spray. The first "dragout" rich spray could also be programmed to return to the process tank. Finally the RinseMaster system uses seven consecutive programmed sprays. The manufacturer states that because of its water re-circulation ability, it can achieve high dilution ratios with very little water.

All three systems are engineered to provide high quality rinses. In addition, their single tank rinsing station design can free up floor space at a facility.
