Built with a wide range of safety and control features, this company's batch/burn-off ovens feature a UL listed control panel on the right side of the oven, and comply with NFPA Standard 86, Factory Manual, and OSHA standards.

The ovens are built with an integrally welded angle iron frame, 8 lb/ft³ of mineral wool semi-rigid insulation, a 16- gauge aluminized steel interior, and a 16 gauge cold rolled steel exterior. The oven also features double doors on one end, extra heavy-duty door hinges, and Maxon cast iron burners. They also feature temperatures to 500°F standard, and to 850°F optional. Oven floor options include no floor, 0.25-in. steel plate, 3-in. insulated, 3-in. insulated with cart wheel slots, or 3-in. insulated with track wheel slots.

The ovens are engineered with a variety of safety features that include a Watlow analog, solid state, and manual reset high-limit controller; Fireye flame safety control; a Honeywell modulating actuator; a Maxon control valve; an Atunes high/low gas pressure switch; a Maxitrol flow control regulator; two manual shut-off ball valves; and many more.

The ovens also feature a proportional digital LED solid state, thermocouple-actuated temperature controller with deviation high protection. Additional control features include a digital batch timer with interlock system, a 120V (single phase) control circuit transformer, and an installed electrical disconnect.

Consumers can choose from electric, natural gas, or LPG ovens, each of which is offered with temperature differences of ±10°F.
