Bluff Manufacturing Extends Powder Coat Process To Products Up To 40 Feet In Height Or Length

More durable and lasting paint finish protects products and extends usage.

Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) - Bluff Manufacturing has been an innovative provider of material handling and warehouse safety equipment to companies throughout the U.S, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean and South America since 1968. The company is continuing this tradition by taking its already successful powder coat process and extending its capabilities from 12 feet up to 40 feet in height or length for both the structural products such as mezzanines, stairways and handrails, and the Crash Guard safety line. The powder coat technology offers a higher quality, longer lasting gloss finish than the standard spray painting processes.

Implemented in 2003, the powder coat process is the surface coating method for all of Bluff Manufacturing's Crash Guard line of warehouse safety products including safety rails, modular protective barriers and rack guards. For years, yellow was the standard powder coat color; however, the continued success of this technology over the years allowed Bluff Manufacturing to offer additional color choices in blue, red, orange, green and black at no extra charge. Custom color matches are also available.

"Our success since 2003 in powder coating our entire line of safety products encouraged us to broaden our horizons by expanding the color options available to our customers at no extra charge," commented Andrea Curreri, vice president of marketing and sales. "Over the years, we have made happy customers across the U.S. with our powder coated products including Harley Davidson Motor Company, U.S. Mint and Rolls Royce just to name a few."

According to Tom Hobbs, vice president of operations for Bluff Manufacturing, the powder coat technology is one of the many ways the company is striving to reduce air emissions where needed as well.

"We utilize the best available control technologies to assist in eliminating harmful impacts to our environment," said Hobbs. "This technology shows our continuous effort to do this and keep producing innovative products at the same time."

When applying the powder coating to products, Bluff Manufacturing uses zero volatile organic carbon (VOCs) paints making the company one of the lowest emitters of hazardous air pollutants in the industry keeping in line with the company-wide philosophy of minimizing the carbon footprint of all products manufactured.
