Cleaner Parts with Aqueous Parts Washing

Remove oils, chips and dirt from a wide range of components using our Migi-Kleen Parts washers. Immersion cleaning guarentees 100% of your parts areas internal or external come in contact with the cleaning solution. This results in cleaner parts. With Migi-Kleen's exclusive Surface Sweep™, oil removal system floating oils are swept out of the washing/or rinsing tank into a remote quite tank for processing.

Typical applications:

• Removal of lubricants and chips from machined components, castings and housings.
• Cleaning prior to welding, deburring, blasting, phosphating or assembly.
• General washing for maintenance, rework and/or remanufacturing.
• Carbon, rust, ink and paint removal.

Ease of Operation – Load parts/parts basket, activate reciprocating platform by flipping switch; cleaning starts. Cleaning is accomplished via mechanical agitation. At end of cleaning cycle operator flips switch to raise platform and unload parts.
Flexibility – A variety of options can be included with the standard machine design to enhance cleaning or automate workload. Ultrasonics can also be added for applications demanding cleanliness specifications.
