Compact Powder Booth

The ProTouch 2500 powder booth is designed to fit the needs of powder coaters that use manual powder application equipment. The booth is well suited in facilities where space is limited and/or when small parts are coated, as well as for powder manufacturers with sample testing and demonstration facilities.

The booth is specifically designed to require minimal floor space and to be placed in tight areas, and oversprayed powder can be recovered when using only one color. Features of the booth include even horizontal airflow for uniform coating, low noise level, a stainless steel construction that provides minimal maintenance, and a four-tube light fixture for exceptional visibility.

The booth also features a cartridge filter technology for ventilation/filtration whether recovering or spraying-to-waste. A single part or a rack of components is hung inside the booth by accessing from the front of the enclosure. In addition, a continuous cross-draft airflow can provide ensure powder containment and maximize powder recovery.
