Continuous Vibratory Finishing Process
Designed to fit into automated in-line production systems, the CV-Type continuous vibratory finishing system is capable of finishing parts at high production rates
Pan Abrasive Group fit into automated in-line production systems, the CV-Type continuous vibratory finishing system is capable of finishing parts at high production rates. It has a vibratory through-feed machine in which parts are placed into one end of the tub and exit from the other completely processed. Mass finishing is achieved by a linear rotary action of media and parts.

Both the parts and media leave the machine from the end of the tub into a vibratory horizontal sieve separator. The mesh size of the separator is sized so that the media falls through the stainless steel mesh and is fed back to the inclined media conveyor. This conveyor then transports the recycled media back to the end of the tub where it is fed back into the tub together with fresh parts. The parts then exit the system completely deburred or polished.
