CRS Power Supplies Featuring Manual Control Interface
The manufacturer states that operators can set desired outputs for the rectifier with the press of a button. Additional parameters can be entered using the soft-touch keypad with the digital display guiding the operator through the setup of ampere time cycles, real time cycles, regulation mode, and auxiliary timer settings. Once these settings are entered, the data is saved in the onboard memory of the rectifier. By pressing the "Operate" button, users activate the plating cycle with the parameters retained in the memory.
Additional features of this rectifier series include an ampere-time totalizer, a voltage/current limit indicator, a built-in calibration algorithm, and fault detection circuitry. Optional features include ampere-time control with local alarm, real-time control with local alarm, auxiliary timers, output ramp up/down features, timer/controller relay contacts, and remote front panel capabilities.
The series is available in both bench top and rack mount configurations with models ranging from 10 to 300 amps and voltage levels typical for the electroplating industry. Several options are available for AC input power.
