Custom Hooks for Coating and Plating Applications

This company now manufacturers custom hooks for use in powder coating, epoxy coating, wet painting, and plating applications. Hooks can be manufactured with chrome, epoxy, stainless steel, zinc, nickel, and plastic coatings.

The hooks are CNC machined using a robotic bender with a feed tolerance of ±1mm, which allows the company to manufacturer the hooks at a rate of 240-ft/min. The company manufacture's a variety of hooks including V, C, S and CV, and accommodates hook diameters ranging from 0.12- to 0.375-in. and weights up to 220-lb.
