Detergent Sanitizer

Oakite Detergent Sanitizer is a liquid blend of anionic surfactants and food grade phosphoric acid that offers cleaning and sanitizing of all food surfaces. The phosphoric acid, working with the material's excellent emulsifying properties, dissolves hard water salts and calciferous deposits such as milkstone. It also quickly removes fats, oils, dispersible protein-type soils and light scale. Detergent Sanitizer also inhibits the growth of slime and bacteria. Moreover, its continuous use removes food stains and rust as well as brightens stainless steel surfaces with less chance of pitting. Detergent Sanitizer is completely soluble in hot or cold water, rinses freely without streaks or spots, and does not cause objectionable odors or produce taste contamination. It is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants, and contains ingredients acceptable to the FDA. Detergent Sanitizer is applicable in pharmaceutical and cosmetic plants. Multi-metal safe.
