Case Study: Direct Loading And Unloading Process Vessels

This installation illustrates how a vacuum tolerant process vessel can be direct loaded in a vacuum system, eliminating the need for a separate material receiver. A vacuum line is attached to the blender through the conical filter element against the wall at left. Vacuum is furnished by a pump mounted on the other side of the wall, shown left. Material is drawn directly into the blender from the drum via the wand and material hose.
