Dry small parts quickly and efficiently

Get unspotted, moisture free parts in 60 seconds. Our industrial dryers speed production by drying three ways. Centrifugal force from spinning action of the basket "throws off" excess water, oils (special design chipwringer), rinses or paints. At the same time, a turbine fan mounted below the basket creates a powerful suction that pulls air through the parts load with an additional 4000 watt heater (option) to evaporate moisture from blind holes, crevices etc. This triple-drying action assures fast drying and reduces scarring and marring frequently responsible for costly rejects. Soft-start operation minimizes scarring and scratching of delicate parts. Size of dryers range from tabletop (6"x6" basket size – ideal for jewelry and electronic parts) to (18"x24" basket size).
