Dust Collection System

Composition Materials dust collection system removes over 99.99% of airborne sub-micron particulate, (0.5 µm or greater), which surpasses current OSHA and EPA requirements, and recycles the clean, filtered air into the work area. The system's standard package includes a motor, starter, and Photohelic pressure gauge.

The system features a patented large area air inlet that enables operation with less resistance to airflow. According to the manufacturer, it requires half the horsepower of most other systems, minimizing energy costs. The system's lower filter resistance and front baffle design can extend the life and efficiency of filters, minimizing filter replacement cost. The lower air-to-filter ratio also results in higher cleaningefficiency. In addition, cartridge filters are automatically cleaned by a high velocity Reverse Pulse-Jet cleaning system, and pulse cycles are controlled with the Photohelic pressure gauge.

The system, which includes a five-year warranty, is placed at the generation site within existing facilities to isolate and control pollution before contaminating surrounding areas.
