Electroless Nickel Plating Services

Advanced Surface Technologies (AST) is a full-service surface finishing company capable of electroless nickel plating, anodizing, precious metals plating, and electroplating among other services. Its five rack and barrel electroless nickel lines perform such processes as mid-phosphorous nickel, high phosphorous nickel, and nickel co-deposited with Teflon or infused with Teflon.

Its two rack-type anodizing lines are capable of Type II and Type III anodizing in various colors. In addition, these lines are available with bright dip for cosmetics applications. The rack and barrel precious metals plating lines work with silver and gold while a rack and barrel-type copper plating line is also on-hand to complete those applications.

The company is capable of electropolishing via a rack and barrel system as well as performing chromate conversion coatings. The company also has a state-of-the-art microfiltration system for metals removal and is pursuing ISO 140001 certification. Heat treating, masking and plugging, and parts stripping services are also offered.
